- Minor differences in color may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
2. Order Placement
- Orders can be placed online through our official website or in-store.
- Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an SMS or email notification.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- We accept multiple payment options: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 working days.
- Delivery timelines range from 5–7 working days based on your location.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
- We may arrange a return pickup based on your pincode.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or altered garments are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Clearance and sale items cannot be returned unless there is a defect.
7. Cancellations
- You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting our support team.
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
8. Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the return, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
